"I have been with this State Farm agency for 30 years. There is no problem, no question nor situation that they will not partner with me and help me with. One time I was on vacation and my new van caught on fire. Chevy couldn’t help. Or wouldn’t. I didn’t think it was fair to call State Farm because everything was supposed to be taken care of by Chevy. But this office had the vehicle totaled and a check cut, and we could completely rebound And after a week with a new van, we drove across the country. I could go on forever. They go the extra mile."

"Honestly used to love dealing with State Farm in woodruff. But over the course of the past 3 months their service has been absolutely horrible. In particular, a representative named, Kristen. She answered my call with an attitude, then proceeded to get very upset when I took the same tone with her (I did use a choice word.) She then proceeded to tell me that the issue was my fault, she didn’t offer any sympathy or understanding as to why I was so frustrated. After I assured her that I was upset with the situation, not her specifically. I’ve asked to speak to Rand twice and have yet to hear from him. But honestly after his representative screamed that it was my fault, I’ve just had enough. I’ve had at least 5 documented calls with State Farm to resolve the same issue. Still have no resolution to date."

"I call them and they dont get back to me until later in the day they are late I have not got any papers stating that my insurance is going to close if I dont pay so overall ii really wish they were like the one in boiling springs they worked with me and they answer my call right away and they were very professional unlike the one in woodruff"
